If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• • Identification of the removed material and its former location
• • A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief
• • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

Music Vortex will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts in our sole discretion.
